These messages are triggered by specific events or actions, such as a password reset, a purchase confirmation, or a delivery update. They are sent to individual customers and are typically personalized to include relevant information specific to the customer’s transaction.
In terms of regulatory compliance, there are often different rules and restrictions governing promotional and transactional SMS messages.
Our Short Message Service (SMS) offerings are expertly designed to provide you with optimal and expeditious message delivery. We collaborate with leading telecommunications companies and SMS aggregator firms to ensure the efficient prioritization of message deliveries. It should be noted that promotional messages may not be delivered to numbers on the Do-Not-Disturb (DND) registry in accordance with established policies
A Sender ID is an alphanumeric code that allows you to brand your messages with your company or service name giving your users confidence in the source of the message while at the same time promoting brand visibility. The sender ID should not exceed 11 characters. A generic Sender ID is added to all registered account for a quick message. However, customers have to be KYCed to use custom Sender ID.
It is currently free to raise Sender IDs in Nigeria
We are a regulated company, and we follow the best practices in line with the Nigerian Communications Commission. Also, our KYC policy help us to alleviate fraudulent messaging and impersonation on our platform. KYC is also required by our Telco partners so that messages can deliver on various networks without restrictions.

Promotional sender IDs on MTN, 9mobile and Globacom network take between 24 to 48 hours.
Promotional Sender IDs on Airtel network takes a week.

MTN Corporate Bind Setup takes between one to three weeks.
9Mobile Transactional Bind Setup takes between one to three weeks.
Airtel Transactional Bind: Timeline is solely dependent on the network provider.
Globacom Transactional Bind: Timeline is solely dependent on the network provider.

Our subscription plans are payment-based. All Subscriptions are valid for one year. You can rollover unused credit after resubscribing.
